At World of Concrete 2024, the 50th anniversary of this premier trade show, I played a key role in enhancing our company’s visibility and engagement through strategic booth design, event promotion, and marketing execution. From 2019 to 2024, I managed floor plan logistics, event coordination, and marketing collateral to ensure a strong brand presence year after year.
2024 was a milestone year, presenting an opportunity to make a significant impact. I led the design and production of a fresh, visually compelling booth setup while coordinating logistics with a third-party vendor to optimize the layout and maximize traffic flow. I also developed and executed a promotional strategy for the company’s attendance, including scheduling product demos and hosting in-show events, including a Customer Appreciation Happy Hour and Lunch & Learn sessions. I designed high-quality marketing materials—including product brochures, branded giveaway items, employee business cards, and employee apparel to create a cohesive and memorable brand experience. My efforts significantly increased booth traffic, strengthened brand recognition, and reinforced our company’s position as an industry leader at this landmark event.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the largest construction trade show in North America, held every three years in Las Vegas, Nevada. At Sysdyne, I played a key role in preparing and executing our company’s presence at both the 2020 and 2023 events, ensuring a strong and engaging brand experience. From floor plan logistics and event coordination to booth design updates and marketing execution, I was responsible for creating a high-impact presence that effectively showcased our brand and product offerings.
