At World of Concrete 2024, the 50th anniversary of the industry's leading trade show, key contributions supported increased brand visibility and audience engagement through strategic booth design, targeted event promotion, and cohesive marketing execution. From 2019 to 2024, responsibilities included managing floor plan logistics, coordinating event operations, and producing marketing collateral to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence each year.
2024 marked a milestone year, presenting a strategic opportunity to elevate brand presence and engagement. The design and production of a refreshed, visually compelling trade show booth was led from concept to completion, with logistics coordinated alongside a third-party vendor to optimize the layout and maximize foot traffic. A comprehensive promotional strategy was developed and executed, including scheduled product demonstrations and in-show events such as a Customer Appreciation Happy Hour and Lunch & Learn sessions. High-quality marketing materials were created, including product brochures, branded giveaways, employee business cards, and custom apparel, to deliver a cohesive and memorable brand experience. These efforts led to a significant increase in booth traffic, enhanced brand visibility, and strengthened the company’s reputation as an industry leader at this key event.

2020 & 2023
CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the largest construction trade show in North America, held every three years in Las Vegas, Nevada. Played a key role in preparing and executing Sysdyne's presence for both the 2020 and 2023 events, ensuring a strong and engaging brand experience. Responsibilities included floor plan logistics, event coordination, booth design enhancements, and execution of marketing initiatives to deliver a high-impact presence that effectively showcased the company's brand and product offerings.
